I painted me in colours..
it didn't suit me well.
I covered me in white
to start all over again.

I dipped my feet in red
My face was painted blue
I tried to paint a smile
but it didn't look too good.

My arms were painted white
it looked like I had wings
it's funny what my wings did
it couldn't even swing.

Nobody gave me a smile
nobody held me tight.
I tried to lift my head up,
it took away the light.

I stupidly searched for a saviour
and found the one thats right
they caught me smiling secretly
and took away my night.

My heart was left unpainted
they said that I was wack
they took the paintbrush forcefully
I saw it painted black.

They painted me in colours..
I looked better plain
I covered me in black
So no-one can paint me again.

very elegant...i sense ur artistic style nd value in the reader. i also feel like this poem simply merged together blissfully with not much effort. i feel the ease between the words nd yet this could just be hard work.
All the best, Your brother.
